Draff Krimmy & Continental Fruit continue to include guests from all over the world on their third album “Hello Love”. A total of 32 musicians have contributed to this album which is playful experimentalist journey. Most of these musicians play in their own bands, from punk and post-hardcore bands to post-rock ambient, indie, folk and choral music, electronica to metal. Here are some collaborators: Apokrypha, Draug, FALL, Gargle, Kidedo, Korleone, Plotz, Rim, Scallwags, Stereopsis, Vi som älskade varandra så mycket, Villmark, Void’s Anatomy and Yawning.

The Canadian singer Marie Jorge (of Void’s Anatomy) opens (Tystnad) and ends (Eilif’s Sang) the album with her angelic voice. The vocalist of the Swedish post-hardcore band “Vi som älskade varandra så mycket”, Arvid Ringborg, conveys his pain and the hope for reconciliation with full authenticity on the song Tystnad. Jan`s old school friend, Elmar Dittrich, guitar player in the German Post-hardcore band Plotz, plays in three songs (Tystnad, Traumfrau and Eilif`s sang). On Skandinavegation, we can again hear Jun Minowa’s emotional guitars, which carry on the longing mood of the children’s choir and the Norwegian ensemble Korleone.

As on every album, there is also a new version of the song “Min Engel” on Hello love. This time an Oriental Fruit version. You will find the tracks “Traumfrau” and “Life As A Solo Wanderer” exciting. Other highlights include Mareno’s “The Past” and Jon Øyvind’s “Keep On Keeping On”.

But also acoustic songs are included, such as the playful “WG Harmonie” or the peaceful “Endlos”, in which Maciek anchors existence in the here and now with his soothing voice.

The new album is an ode to love, the love for fellow human beings, for the loved one, for family, for nature, for diversity, for belonging, for home, for live and of course for music. This is a musical journey full of love.
